Mr. Fullmer, Principal at Freedom Prep Academy's Secondary Campus, has dedicated over 11 years to education at Freedom Prep, inspiring students to reach their fullest potential. His leadership is marked by a deep commitment to fostering growth, creating meaningful connections, and empowering every student to thrive academically and personally.
Before stepping into his role as a principal, Mr. Fullmer taught physical education to Freedom Prep K-12 students, gaining valuable experience at both the elementary and secondary levels. This diverse background provided him with a well-rounded perspective on the unique needs and strengths of students across different age groups, shaping his philosophy of individualized support and student-centered learning.
Mr. Fullmer earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Brigham Young University in Provo, where he developed his passion for education and leadership. He later completed an Educational Leadership degree through Utah State University, equipping him with the skills and vision to guide schools toward excellence and foster a culture of growth and achievement.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Fullmer is a devoted husband and proud father of five children. He treasures quality time with his family, whether it’s through shared activities or simple moments together. His personal interests include watching sports, enjoying movies, and cheering on his favorite teams, which reflect his appreciation for teamwork, storytelling, and the joy of shared experiences.
