Freedom Preparatory Academy, a well-established and accredited K-12 public charter school, is seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time Occupational Therapist's Aide to join our Special Education team for Fall 2025 at our Provo and Vineyard campuses.
Position Overview: The OT Aide will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students with diverse needs, helping them develop the skills necessary to succeed in both academic and daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
✔ Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic interventions into classroom activities.
✔ Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
✔ Assist Occupational Therapist with clerical duties and OT activities preparation.
✔ Support inclusive educational practices and promote student independence.
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of post-secondary education OR be willing to complete the paraeducator certification course within the first 3 months of employment.
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for supporting students with diverse abilities.
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
