Christopher S. Helvey has served as the Director of Finance at the Charter School since its inception in 2003. Prior to joining the school, Mr. Helvey was the owner of a successful wireless internet company, which he sold before transitioning into his current role.

With a robust background in government finance, Mr. Helvey served for many years as the Director of Finance for the City of Woodland Hills before bringing his expertise to the Charter School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master's in Education Leadership, which he earned after joining the school.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to charter education, Mr. Helvey was honored with the Utah Charter Business Manager of the Year award in 2013. He remains actively involved in various state committees and boards and has played a key role in supporting the startup of other charter schools across the state.
