LINQ

Family lunch accounts are managed from your phone or computer. “Linq Connect” is our school meals app for parents. You can link family members and pay and manage lunch accounts from there.

If you already have a Titan account from last year:

  1. Download – Download the LINQ Connect app from the App Store or Google Play. If using a browser, go to Linqconnect.com. 
  2. Use the same username and password from Titan last year. Your information, including account balances, will transfer to the new app.

If you do not already have a Titan account:

  1. Download – Download the LINQ Connect app from the App Store or Google Play or go to Linqconnect.com
  2. Register – Create an account by selecting Register.
  3. Confirm Email – Confirm your account by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
  4. Log In – Log into the LINQ Connect app using your email and password.

You will need to add your children to your LINQ Connect account. Click on + then type and complete the information to link your child. You will need to complete this process for each child you wish to add.

You will be able to make online payments. Each online payment will be assessed a minimum bank service charge of $2.85 or 3.95% of the transaction amount, whichever is greater. Once you have added your child to your LINQ Connect account, you can add money by clicking the Add Money to Account button on the dashboard or by clicking the Meal Account button on the student card.

We still accept cash or check with no service fee. Make checks out to Freedom Academy Lunch. Please Indicate on the notes line how you want it allocated among your children.

We encourage everyone to apply. The income guidelines have increased so you may be surprised that you qualify. This also helps our school qualify for more academic programs and assistance.

Free or reduced meal applications are available online or through the LINQConnct app on your phone. To apply, download the LINQConnect app, create an account, log in and click on “Meal Application”, then “Start meal application”. Choose your language. Find your district, and then enter your information in the form. Our District is Freedom Preparatory Academy (UT). (Sometimes it says Provo after it. That is still our District for all schools.)  

When you are finished applying, you should immediately learn your status: Free, Reduced, or Paid (that means you have to pay for lunch.) If you included a food stamp number, it will take a little longer to make your status official.
